Four more days to Forty, Fat and Frumpy
Thirty, flirty and thriving has passed me by. I am now approaching forty, fat and frumpy. (An alliteration!) I think it's time to indulge in some bonbons and sit around in the snuggie I've so desperately wanted.
I'm at the top of the hill and heading over...going faster and faster, until I crash and burn! Can anyone come up with a better mantra for the big 4-0? Quickly? Before I let the frumpies go to my head?

ReplyDeleteWhen I retired (at twenty-five) they gave me one of these or at least something similar, along with a box of chocolates, crossword puzzles, and a tv guide. Best gifts I have ever received! :D
