Today I Heard my car's heart beat!

Call me crazy, but I heard my car's heart beating today. Under the hood, nice and loud. Thud, thud...Thud, thud... I think it is fixing to die. Time to take the car in AGAIN!!!! Hear me screaming?!!!!!
