(PS. Come to find out later that afternoon, there was a Mountain Lion lurking along the Boise Greenbelt)
A little pre run enthusiasm while waiting for the buses by Jenny
Ladybug right before the race starts
Yeah! We finished!!!
Why else would you want to get up early on a Saturday and run 3.1 miles? To get your picture taken with Mr. Potato Head, of Course.
Want to know what they feed you after the run?
POTATOES!!!
Pshhh, I need a shower!!!
good for all of you!!! and congrats to ladybug...really is an accomplishment!
ReplyDeleteNice! Excellent job!
ReplyDeleteI used to do road races and marathons all the time, but I haven't done one in a while. I love that you did it as a family, great photos :)
ReplyDeleteAn amazing accomplishment! Good for you!!! Visiting from Saturday Sharefest at The SITS Girls. (could I ask a teeny favor? is there a way that you can make your music player NOT start automatically when a page is viewed ... it's a pet peeve of mine LOL)
ReplyDeleteI've always wanted to run a marathon! That looks like you guys had so much fun even if your daughter wasn't too keen on the idea in the first place. LOL
ReplyDeleteGreat job! That is such a beautiful area; a wonderful place to spend the day as a family. I love the pictures with the potato. We gave stuffed versions of him to the kiddos at our wedding. :)
ReplyDeleteCongratulations and good for her! I supported my son in a 5k this morning. If my health ever improves enough, I plan to do it with him in the future. Walking, of course.
ReplyDeleteStopping by from SITS. Have a great weekend.
Wow good for her! If she can enjoy running when she is young it will be so much easier for her when she grows up! And she is growing up really quickly!
ReplyDelete5ks are lots of fun! Your daughter is PRECIOUS!
