Dear KT,
Our alarm system was on duty last night. Even with two teenage boys here to "hold down the fort," our alarm system still seems to go off at odd hours of the night. I think she might hear a squirrel and think it is a threat or perhaps a stray cat trying to breech the invisible property line. I am grateful for her, though, what a great dog! And, if she doesn't sound off, then there is always the gun under the bed. Ah, come on, you know I am a hick at heart...
I was confused, then realized you were talking about your dog. Blond moment! (and I am a brunette) Dogs do make for a good security system. :)

ReplyDeleteDogs are great guard animals. We are getting a puppy next week and I'm looking forward to the extra "security" around here. :)

I love big dogs for security. I don't know how much they would actually help but they sure make me feel better. Except, that we can't have one because my husband is allergic! Glad you can have one!
