I am lucky enough to have two anniversaries. My poor husband! He has to remember 2! We were sealed in the Washington, DC Temple 14 years ago. For those of you who are not of my faith, it means we were remarried in what we believe is a forever marriage, not just till death do us part. I just can't seem to shake this guy. Believe me, I've tried.
Anyway, it was a really neat experience because we were lucky enough to have our two year old Miguel and three year old TJ with us. The were so cute! Mom and Dad came from Colorado and my Grandma flew out from California. We were also blessed to have so many friends there from Lexington Park. I wish I took more pictures.... Happy Anniversary, AGAIN, KT
Aren't you glad you married me TWICE??!!
What a great anniversary to have!
ReplyDeleteWe have two anniversarys too. December 1 when we eloped, and May 31 when we were sealed. I cannot even express my gratitude for our sealing. Although, we do not have a single picture I like from that day. :( It is a wonderful wonderful thing to be sealed to the man you want to be with for the rest of your existence. Congratulations!!!!
ReplyDeleteYou married him twice!? Girl, what were you thinking?? lol. Just kidding. It sounds sweet. Lovely photo of you guys. Does he actually remember both anniveraries? :-)
ReplyDeletewhat a special anniversary. enjoy!
ReplyDeleteHappy Anniversary AGAIN! I love, love the picture of you guys at the temple! I still read your blog often, just don't comment much cause I'm never logged in. Hope all is well!

HA HA! Finally something tonight that wasnt sad and depressing to read!!! I would marry someone twice if I could. I liked that idea, the forever marriage that last beyond death. That is just awesome and something special. Glad you found it!!!! Big high five to you both!
ReplyDeleteTwo anniversaries! That's awesome. Doesn't that mean you get twice as many presents? What? No? Bummer. =)
ReplyDeleteBoth special days....and I think you should get something special for both. As for remembering the dates? Do they ever?
